He/Him
I've been working with individuals with autism and challenging behaviour since I was 16, starting with volunteering and work experience at a special educational needsschool. I spent8 years working within a school environment. I have then spent many years since working within a alternative educational provider/ day care centre with a person-centred approach. Through covid I worked as a CSW at a hospital but realised it wasn't the field I'm passionate about.
This is when me and Melina made the decision to start our own company. My own struggles in school, coupled with my experiences volunteering, gave me a new perspective and a clear purpose in life. It allows me to empathize with the people I support, and I often reflect on my own school days to find better ways to help the clients I support. My goal is to facilitate meaningful and enriching experiences that promote personal growth and enjoyment. Treating everyone with respect and dignity is paramount to me."

I have 2 children of my own. My youngest child has been diagnosed with ADHD. I have learned what his triggers/quirks are. This has helped me in my current role as a support worker.
I understand not every child is the same and they need supporting in different ways. I am fairly new to the caring industry, but I have a passion for caring for children/adults.
I really enjoy the caring aspect of my role, everyday is different which it keeps it interesting. I go to work looking forward to the next adventure. I enjoy socialising with friends, I also own a pony called Holly who I care for in my spare time.
